Shipping policy
Shkreli Watches ships orders throughout the territory of Albania.
Delivery time
- Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
- Delivery usually arrives within 1–3 working days, depending on your city.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the shipping details.
Shipping fees
The shipping fee is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout, before you confirm payment. From time to time we offer free shipping on orders above a certain value — follow our website and social media for current offers.
In-store pickup
If you prefer, you can collect your order free of shipping charges directly at our store. Choose this option at checkout and we will notify you as soon as it is ready for collection.
Damaged packages
Please check the package at the moment of delivery. If you notice visible damage:
- Take photos of the package before opening it.
- Note the damage with the courier, if possible.
- Notify us within 48 hours at info@shkreliwatches.com, attaching the photos.
In case of damage during transport, the product is replaced at no cost to you.
