Welcome to Shkreli Watches. By using our website shkreliwatches.com and placing orders, you accept the following terms of service. Please read them carefully.

1. General information

The Shkreli Watches online store offers watches, jewellery, leather straps and accessories for sale, as well as a professional watch repair and servicing service. For any question you can contact us at info@shkreliwatches.com or at: Rruga Hafiz Sabri Bushati, Shkodër, Albania.

2. Products and prices

  • All products offered are original and are described as accurately as possible. Photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen.
  • Prices are displayed in full and may change without prior notice; your order is invoiced at the price shown at the moment of confirmation.
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw products from sale.

3. Orders and the sales contract

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. The sales contract is concluded at the moment we send you the order confirmation by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected misuse, an obvious pricing error or supply unavailability — in these cases any payment made is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payment can be made using the methods shown on the checkout page, including cash on delivery (COD) where offered. For electronic payments, your data is processed securely by licensed payment processors; we do not store card data.

5. Shipping

Deliveries are made in accordance with the Shipping policy. Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are handled in accordance with the Refund policy — you have a 14-day right of return for unused products in their original packaging.

7. Repair service

  • Every watch you bring in for repair is first assessed with a free diagnosis; the price of the work is communicated to you and approved by you before work begins.
  • Repairs come with a service warranty covering the work performed.
  • Unrepairable watches and replaced parts are returned to you upon request.
  • Watches left for servicing and not collected within 6 months of notification are handled in accordance with applicable law.

8. Product warranty

New watches come with the manufacturer's warranty as per the relevant documentation. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, impacts, or interventions carried out outside our workshop or authorised service centres.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website — texts, photographs, logos and design — is the property of Shkreli Watches or its partners and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

10. Liability

We strive to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the complete absence of errors. Our liability is limited to the value of the relevant order, except where the law provides otherwise.

11. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Albania. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved amicably; otherwise, the Albanian courts have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to the terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The version published on the site at the moment of your order is the applicable one.
