Refund and return policy
At Shkreli Watches we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
- The product must be unused, free of scratches and in the condition in which you received it.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, together with all accessories, certificates and accompanying documentation.
- To start the return process, please contact us in advance at info@shkreliwatches.com, quoting your order number.
Refunds
Once the returned product reaches us and its condition has been verified, the refund is issued within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the purchase. For cash-on-delivery orders, the refund is made by bank transfer to the account you provide.
Exceptions
- Personalised or custom-adapted products cannot be returned, except in cases of a manufacturing defect.
- Leather straps that have been worn or fitted to a watch are not accepted for return for hygiene reasons, except in the case of a defect.
Repair service warranty
Every repair carried out in our workshop comes with a service warranty covering the work performed. If the same problem reappears within the warranty period, we will fix it at no additional cost. The warranty does not cover new damage caused by wear, impacts or contact with water beyond the watch's specifications.
Defective products
If the product you received has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will replace it or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
