Not every fault is the same.
A watch can stop, lose accuracy, have a damaged crown, a broken crystal, a battery problem or moisture inside the case. That's why we never simply swap a part and hand it back. We inspect the watch first, identify the cause, explain the work required – and only then begin.

There is no assembly line in our workshop – just a workbench, well-kept tools and patience. Each watch is opened, inspected and treated one at a time, by hands that know a movement the way a craftsman knows his tools.
That is how we have worked at Shkreli since 1993: without rushing, without improvising – with respect for the watch and for the person who wears it.
A tradition handed down from generation to generation.
It all began at the workbench of Muharrem Shkreli – the founder who opened his first watches to understand them, not just to sell them. Today the same family stands behind every repair: his wife Dhurata in customer relations, his son Mursel bringing the craft into the digital age, and Eriad, who learned the trade in the workshop at Muharrem's side – generation after generation, around the same workbench.

Most can. Every watch is assessed individually after inspection – and we'll tell you honestly whether a repair is worthwhile.
Do you work on all brands?
Yes – from everyday watches to Swiss brands. We work with many different types and makes of watch.
How much does a repair cost?
The price depends on the model, the issue, the parts needed and the work involved. We provide an assessment after inspecting the watch and explain it before proceeding.
How long does a repair take?
It depends on the type of work and the availability of parts. After the inspection we give you a realistic timeframe for your watch.
Can I send you photos of my watch?
Yes – it's the quickest way. Send them on WhatsApp together with the brand and the problem.
Can I send my watch from another city or country?
Yes. Please contact us first – we'll explain how to pack and ship it safely.
What spare parts do you use?
We choose the right component for your model – original parts where available. We always tell you in advance what will be replaced and with what.
Do you repair vintage or inherited watches?
Yes – vintage watches are assessed individually and handled with particular care.
Do I need an appointment?
Not at our workshop in Shkodër – visit us Monday to Saturday, 09:00–19:00. For special requests, or for our contact address in Austria, please get in touch in advance.
What happens after I hand in my watch?
The watch is inspected, we provide an assessment, and work begins only after your approval. At the end, the watch is checked and tested before it is returned.
How to keep your watch in good condition
- Never operate the crown under water.
- Keep the watch away from water unless it is designed for it.
- Avoid hard knocks and drops.
- Keep it away from strong magnets.
- Replace the battery as soon as the watch stops – a flat battery can leak.
- Mechanical watches need a periodic service.
