Original watches – what that means here

When you buy a watch online, the first question is a simple one: is it genuine? Here is a clear answer, with facts you can check yourself.

1. Every watch we offer is original. This applies to every brand and every model in our shop.
2. The manufacturer's reference is on the product page. Each model shows the manufacturer's reference number. You can compare it with the brand's official website or with the watch's documents. If the reference is missing on a model, just ask us.
3. Manufacturer's warranty. New watches come with the manufacturer's warranty according to the brand's documentation. This does not affect your statutory rights.
4. Still there after you buy. Our workshop in Shkodër looks after batteries, straps and servicing – and is happy to answer your questions.
